• Fuels: To fuel your oven, you will have the choice: use wood, briquettes or pellets. Use the hatch located just above the drawer to restock your oven while cooking.
• Integrated thermometer: A successful pizza is a pizza cooked to perfection. Thanks to the integrated thermometer, you can easily monitor the temperature of your oven. Allow around 20 minutes to obtain the correct cooking temperature: 400°C.
