Spa World does not take responsibility for delays in the delivery of your order due to factors outside of our control, such as extreme weather events, courier delays or strike action. Please be patient with the couriers and our customer care team as we work to get your order to you quickly.
We do not tolerate abusive behaviour towards staff. Rude, disrespectful and abusive behaviour will result in you being blocked from further contact.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $199 delivered within Australia. Spend $199 or more in a single order and standard shipping is on us, with the cost removed automatically before you reach the final checkout page.
Free shipping does not apply to the following:
Free shipping is available in Australia only and does not apply to international or trade customers. Orders that include an excluded item will still qualify for free shipping on the rest of the order over $199, but the excluded item is charged shipping at its own rate.
Some items are priced by location. Spa covers and dangerous goods are quoted by postcode, so enter yours on the product page to see the exact cost before you buy. Dangerous goods carry a handling fee charged once per order, not per item.
If anything about shipping on your order isn't clear, contact us before you order and we'll sort it out.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
Depending on your item, your order may ship on one or multiple carriers. It is not possible to specify your carrier of choice.
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Please be advised that your order may ship from two separate warehouses and if this is the case your order may have multiple tracking numbers and may arrive at different times.
It is not possible for us to change the delivery address on an order after the order has been placed. You will need to contact the courier directly to redirect the parcel.
It is not possible to cancel your order after it has been confirmed. If you wish to return the item, you can refuse delivery from the courier, or return it in its original unopened condition for a full refund of your item price minus a restocking fee in some cases. Shipping charges are based on your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the shipping cost.
You can input your postcode on any Spa Cover page to get a quote for that cover to your postcode.
By law, items that are classified as dangerous goods (DG) require special handling. Due to this, the courier companies charge a DG handling fee. You can input your postcode on any DG item page and get a shipping quote to your postcode. The DG charge is per order, not per DG item.
If an item goes on back order we will notify you. Any items that are in stock will be held and will dispatch when all parts arrive. If you wish to receive items in stock ahead of time, there is an additional $15 shipping fee.
We do not ship internationally. Please contact us for full details and we can help you find a local supplier.
