Custom Spa Covers

If none of our stock sizes are a good fit, a custom spa cover can be made to your exact dimensions instead.

Custom covers are available up to 6 metres, including roller cover systems for larger swim spas that let you roll the cover on and off rather than lifting it in one piece. Choose from colours including Slate Grey, Sandstone, Navy Blue, Moss Green, Espresso, Diamond Grey, and Charcoal Grey, or specify a fully custom colour match.

We require a completed measurement form for all custom cover orders so we can confirm your new cover fits your spa correctly before it's made.

Spa World® makes custom covers for portable spas and swim spas alike, so if your spa doesn't have a direct match in our stock range, we can still get you covered.
