Dosing Instructions

Once your spa, swim spa or pool has the correct amount of magnesium in it, you do not have to monitor the level as it will not deteriorate over time and the level will not change unless you add water.

• Startup: Start with 2L per 1000L of spa water. For example, for a 10,000 swim spa, you will need 20L.
• Use the dosing instructions above, but if you also want to use test strips, target 400ppm. Use the La Motte or Magnapool test strip to ensure that the magnesium level is correct after adding water to your spa. Do not use the magnesium hardness level scale also found on the back of the test strip container.
• If you add water to your spa and want to increase your Magnesium by 10ppm, then add 27mls of Liquid Magnesium per 1000 litres of spa water.
